In the past five years, she has shared a candid look at the practices she takes in order to achieve the best mental and physical results.
'I've created daily routines and practices that make me feel amazing mentally, physically and emotionally. Some of these include meditation, walking, cold therapy, gratitude journaling and sticking to a healthy diet plan,' she said.
'By implementing all of these activities into my life, my energy has shifted and I'm glowing from the inside out,' she added.

The businesswoman has been open about her face and body transformation over the last two years, which she credits to the viral #75HARD Challenge.
The extremely strict health and fitness challenge is described as a 'mental toughness test' which pushes participants through 75 days of rigid diet and rigorous exercise. 
It involves twice-daily workouts, calorie counting, a clean 9 flp diet with no cheat meals, reading non-fiction books every day and much more.
