I am looking for 12 participants (5 so far) in SEEDS that would like to be trained in the following:
It's through a one-year program known as the Dialogue Road Map, with details of the facilitator and process in heart-based-communication.

The trainer, Maria Arpa, is phenomenal. https://www.centreforpeacefulsolutions.org/staff/maria-arpa. She was recently the executive director of the Center for Nonviolent Communication. The video is from a recent conversation where she talks about the origin of her work, and what it takes to implement in a community: https://youtu.be/3eNDcJKMJrM.

=Basic training=
The commitment for the basic training is: April 7, 11, 14, 18 from 3-7pm UTC, at no cost.
This is essentially for those looking to be trained as a certified mediation counselor, and these graduates will be a foundation from which we develop a caring-based culture in SEEDS, not to mention a practical conflict resolution program.

Please reply or ask questions in this thread if you're interested.

=Facilitator Training=
To be able to train others requires a year-long commitment that I am working on securing sponsors to finance:
• 20 total days (5 hours a day) in a year. That’s 100 total hours in a year. This is facilitated 2-3 days at a time, 6 times a year
• 4 hours/month practice with fellow participants
